What is processed

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). As with any web server, the hosting provider processes technical connection data - including your IP address, the requested resource, timestamp, and user agent - in server and CDN logs, for the purpose of delivering the site securely and reliably and defending against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and reliable operation of the website).

If you email me

If you contact me by email, the data you send (your address and message content) is processed solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(b) where the contact concerns a potential working engagement. Mail sent to this address is delivered to and stored in a Google (Gmail) mailbox, so Google acts as a processor for that correspondence; it is not used for any other purpose and not shared beyond what is needed to respond.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. To exercise any of these, contact the email above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Portugal this is the Comissao Nacional de Proteccao de Dados (CNPD).
